University of Dundee ranked 1st in UK for subjects Allied to Medicine

The University of Dundee has risen to 32nd overall in the 2023 Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide, as well as being ranked as the best university in the UK for subjects Allied to Medicine.

Every year Dundee accepts around 160 undergraduate medical students. The five-year study programme prepares future doctors for the greatly increased pace of change in medical knowledge and practice and from early in the first-year, students get to meet patients - on wards, in outpatient clinics, and in general practice.

The University of Dundee offers several undergraduate and postgraduate medical courses. Popular programmes include the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and Bachelor of Medical Sciences (BMedSci) at undergraduate level and Master of Public Health (MPH) and Master of Science in Global Health (MSc Global Health) at postgraduate.
